Dr. Troy Buchholz

Dr. Buchholz and his family moved to Sumner in July 2003. He was raised in Fayette, Iowa. After graduating from North Fayette High School in 1992 he attended Wartburg College for four years. Dr. Buchholz earned his MD degree from the University of Iowa College of Medicine in 2000. He spent the next 3 years in Cedar Rapids at a family practice residency program. Dr. Buchholz enjoys providing medical care to pregnant women, children, and adults of all ages.

Dr. Buchholz is married and has 3 daughters. He spends his leisure time golfing, skiing, and doing other outside activities.

Roberta Mittelsted, ARNP-BC

Roberta joined the Community Memorial Hospitals staff in July 2002 after serving in a variety of positions in her career. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Marycrest College in Davenport. Her advanced education began at the Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. where she received her Master's Degree in Nursing. She completed her family nurse practitioner education through Clarkson College in Omaha, Nebraska.

Roberta is married and has 3 daughters, 1 son, 4 step-daughters, 2 step-sons, and several grandchildren. Roberta enjoys golfing, reading, gardening, and doing things with her family.
