Friends of CMH Foundation CORE Fund
To help team members enhance the patient experience, Friends of CMH accepts grant requests for a special Community Outreach, Recruitment, and Engagement (CORE) grant.
Grant requests are accept from all departments to further the mission, vision and values of Community Memorial Hospital – Unity Point Health and are expected to align and support the strategic plan.
The grant requests are reviewed semi-annually in May and November, but applications can be submitted at any time. A $5,000 grant is awarded during each review period.

Friends of CMH were pleased to deliver equipment to departments at Community Memorial Hospital as a result of its CORE grant program. The program generated funds from seven different grants and allowed for the purchase of an Ergotron Sit-Stand Mobile Desk and Hi-Lo Exam table and chair. Read more
