Community Contribution Requests

We’re proud to support community organizations, projects, activities and initiatives that improve the health, economic and social well-being of the people we serve. It's our intention to contribute resources to activities that improve community health and assist community social service organizations, and other non-profit organizations' abilities, to enhance the quality of life in our communities.

All organizations seeking a contribution should complete the Community Contribution Request Form. Requests for sponsorships will be reviewed and applicants will be notified within 45 days of receipt via email and/or in writing whether the contribution being requested is approved or denied.

One sponsorship per organization/group will be considered per calendar year. Requests for in-kind must also be submitted through the online application process.
