Community Memorial Hospital is welcoming two new physicians to its team of primary care providers at CMH Medical Clinic in Sumner. Sunbir (Sunny) Gill, DO and Daniel Schnadt, DO join the clinic in November.

The addition of Drs. Gill and Schnadt come shortly after the arrival of Dr. Lonny Miller, who joined the clinic in June. The recent additions have created a full team of family medicine providers that also includes Krista Begalske, ARNP, Lucas Brinkman, DO, Shanna Elliott, DO, and Spencer Kleitsch, ARNP. In addition, our wound clinic features Ann Reid, PA-C.

Dr. Gill earned his medical degree at the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at Advocate Lutheran General. Dr. Gill’s clinical interests are diabetes and obesity medicine, and he has experience with procedures such as IUD insertion/removal, joint injections, skin biopsies, carpal tunnel and trigger finger injections, and suture placement/removal.

“I believe my patients teach me every day,” says Dr. Gill. “My medical philosophy entails viewing patients as partners in health. My job as a provider is to facilitate health in a shared and open process. I like to practice medicine with my patients, not at them.”

Dr. Schnadt earned his medical degree from the Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at Broadlawns Medical Center. He has experience with procedures such as osteopathic manual treatment, orthopedic joint injections and skin biopsies.

“My goals are to ensure my patients’ care is well-coordinated, the understanding of their health is clear and we're doing everything we can to help them live as well as possible,” Dr. Schnadt says. “I'll ask them to challenge themselves to improve their life, but I'll be there every step of the way to support them.”

Drs. Gill and Schnadt are accepting new patient requests now and will begin seeing patients in November. Call the clinic at (563) 578-5375 to request any of the primary care providers.
