Recognition for Dedicated Care

Patients are at the center of everything we do at Community Memorial Hospital. The focus on Patient Experience has resulted in the hospital being awarded national recognition for placing in the Top 5% of hospitals nationwide, as measured by patient satisfaction surveys administered by hospital consulting firm Press Ganey. The 2019 and 2020 Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence was awarded to CMH Emergency Room Services.

Recognition for patient experience and satisfaction, as well as patient safety, is evidence that our best practices in health care are appreciated and noticed by patients. CMH employees regularly celebrate our success and work hard to improve upon practices and procedures to maintain high standards for patient care.

It's all about how we make patients feel when they're in our care – they're not an appointment, not a number or a "next," but a real person whose needs we anticipate and are delighted when we exceed their expectations.
