Help for a Good Night's Sleep

Do you have trouble sleeping? If you have a hard time getting out of bed, falling asleep, waking too early, or staying awake throughout the day, you may have sleep problems. Sleepless nights disrupt important regular sleep patterns and can result in serious health problems. Let CMH Sleep Center help you get back to a healthy, restful night of sleep.

CMH offers both at home and facility performed sleep studies. When sleep studies are performed at CMH, it is done through our hospital's outpatient services. While sleeping at the CMH Sleep Center, you'll be monitored with specialized equipment that records specific data and physical activities while you sleep. The data will be analyzed by a sleep specialist to determine what problems might be causing your sleep disturbance.

Services include:

  • Diagnostic Polysomnogram is a sleep study used to diagnose sleep disorders.
  • Diagnostic Polysomnogram with CPAP/BiPAP Titration is a sleep study used to properly set a CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) therapy level to manage sleep disorders
  • Treatment of EDS (Excessive Daytime Sleepiness)

Sleep studies performed at the CMH Sleep Center are offered by appointment only, while at-home sleep studies are performed as needed and by appointment.

A provider referral is required to perform any testing for possible sleep disorders. Call CMH Medical Clinic at (563) 578-3275 to discuss your sleep issues with a medical provider.
